Neptune Meet

Congrats to all our awesome Taieri swimmers who produced fantastic swims.

Anna was on fire.  5 pbs, her biggest pb was in the 200m br by a whopping 10.41 seconds

Finn took over 4 seconds off his 100 IM and was placed 3rd in the 50m Fr

Harry swam in two races and took nearly 10seconds off his 400 fr (3rd) and broke 1.10 for his 100 fr.

Sophie took nearly 4seconds off her 200 br time.  Soph did 7 pbs.  Jordan and Soph had a great battle in the 100 fr, beside each other and both clocked pbs and the EXACT same time 1.03.01.  Sophie was also in the skins race at the end of the meet but unfortunately didn't make it to final 3. Soph placed 3rd in 100 br.  Sophie broke 30 seconds in her 50 fly, 29.97 establishing a new Club record (to be ratified).

Jordan took over 5 seconds off her 200 br and in total did 6pbs.  Jordan and Sophie also battled out the 100 IM and both went under the current club record, held by Sophie.  Jordan just out touched Soph.  Club record to be ratified.  Jordan was in the Adam and Eve relay but unfortunately her other swimmer went early and got dq.  In the skins race Jordan was placed 3rd and won $50 cash.  Jordan came away with 2 silvers and 2 bronze.

Laura - looking sharp in the water, just outside her pbs which were all recently swum.
